Who we are
Zyworks Digital is run by Zyrille Pascual in the Philippines. This policy covers zyworksdigital.com and its subdomains: full.zyworksdigital.com, port.zyworksdigital.com and link.zyworksdigital.com. If you have a question about your data, email info@zyworksdigital.com.
The short version
We only measure visits if you say yes. We do not sell your data. We use what you send us (by form or email) to reply to you and to do the work you ask for.
What we use and why
| Tool | What it does | When it runs |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager | Counts visits and shows which pages and buttons people use: pages viewed, how far you scroll, clicks on our enquiry form link, rough location (city or country), device and browser, and the site that sent you. It sets cookies such as _ga. | zyworksdigital.com and full.zyworksdigital.com, only after you click Accept. Before that, Google receives no analytics cookies from us. |
| Microsoft Clarity | Records how visitors use a page (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and what was on screen) so we can see where the page is confusing. Clarity is set up to hide text typed into form fields. It sets cookies such as _clck and _clsk. | zyworksdigital.com and full.zyworksdigital.com, only after you click Accept. |
| Typeform | Hosts our enquiry form ("Find my leak" and "Book a call"). Typeform receives what you type into the form, plus normal technical data. See Typeform's privacy policy. | Only when you open the form. |
| Email (Google Workspace) | If you email us, or use a form on our site that opens your own email app, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write. Our email is hosted by Google. | Only when you send us something. |
| Cloudflare | Hosts these sites and protects them from attacks, which means it processes your IP address. Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us cookie-free, total visit counts on zyworksdigital.com. | Every visit. |
| Google Fonts | Supplies the Inter font on zyworksdigital.com, full.zyworksdigital.com and link.zyworksdigital.com, so Google sees your IP address when the font loads. | Every visit to those pages. |
| Your browser's local storage | Remembers your cookie choice for 180 days, and on port.zyworksdigital.com your light or dark theme. This stays on your device. | When you make a choice. |
port.zyworksdigital.com and link.zyworksdigital.com do not run Google Analytics or Clarity at the moment. If that changes, this page will be updated and you will be asked first.
What we do with it
We use analytics and recordings to improve the sites. We use form answers and emails to reply, to prepare a proposal or audit you asked for, and to deliver work if you become a client. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Google Analytics data is kept for 2 months. Clarity keeps recordings for about 30 days unless we save one for review. Form answers and emails are kept for 6 months, then deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can change your cookie choice at any time with the link at the bottom of each page. You can also block cookies in your browser. You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing info@zyworksdigital.com. Depending on where you live, laws such as the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 or the EU GDPR give you these rights, and you can complain to your data protection authority (in the Philippines, the National Privacy Commission).
Data sent abroad
Google, Microsoft, Typeform and Cloudflare may process data outside the Philippines, including in the United States and the EU, under their own safeguards.
Children
These sites are for businesses and are not aimed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change how we use data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
