Your marketing should pay for itself. I build the system that makes it.

I build and run the complete revenue engine for service businesses: the messaging, the funnel, the website and the automation behind it. Leads arrive qualified, follow-up happens without you, and you can see exactly which activity produced which sale.

You work with me directly. Not a sales rep who hands you to someone else after you sign.

The honest diagnosis

The leads are coming in. So why isn't revenue moving?

Here's where the money is leaking:

Leads go cold before you call them. The average service business takes hours to respond to an inbound enquiry. The buyer has already booked someone else.
Your best offer is buried.Traffic arrives, doesn't understand what you do in five seconds, and leaves. You paid for that click.
You can't tell what's working. So you keep funding all of it, including the half that's losing money.
You're the bottleneck.Every proposal, follow-up and handover waits on you. Growth is capped at your calendar.
What I do

Everything I do lives in three places.

Content, Conversation, Client. Attention, then a conversation worth having, then a customer worth keeping. Most businesses are strong in one and leaking in the other two.

01

Content

Getting found, and being worth remembering.

Content earns the attention everything else depends on. I plan it around what your buyers actually ask, then produce and run it so it doesn't stop the week you get busy.

What that covers

  • Content strategy and monthly plan
  • Social media management
  • Content creation: short-form, long-form, graphics
  • Content pillars built from customer questions
  • Hook testing and weekly performance reviews

The result: an audience that compounds instead of one you rent.

02

Conversation

Turning attention into a conversation with a buyer.

Attention is worthless if nothing happens next. This is the part most businesses leak from: the click that goes nowhere, the enquiry nobody answers, the ad spend nobody can trace.

What that covers

  • Landing pages and funnels built to convert
  • Paid reach: Meta and Google ads
  • Organic reach and distribution
  • Messaging and offer positioning
  • Instant replies and follow-up sequences
  • Tracking, so every peso traces to a sale

The result: qualified conversations, not just traffic and impressions.

03

Client

Keeping, growing and being referred by the ones you win.

The cheapest revenue you'll ever make comes from customers you already have. Most businesses stop marketing the moment someone signs, which is exactly where the margin is.

What that covers

  • Email marketing and client updates
  • Onboarding structure and alerts
  • Referral systems that actually get asked
  • Upsell and repeat-purchase campaigns
  • Events and community touchpoints
  • Retention tracking, so you see churn coming

The result: customers who stay, spend again and send you more.

Most engagements start with whichever C is leaking hardest. The Revenue Audit tells us which one that is.

How I work

Most agencies sell you activity. I'd rather be judged on revenue.

Anyone can run ads or post content. The question is whether it produced a sale, and most agencies quietly avoid that question. I build the tracking first, so from week one we're both looking at the same number.

You get me, not an account manager. The person who audits your business is the person who builds it, and the person who answers your messages.
Accountable to a number, not a task list.We agree the target before I start: booked calls, qualified leads or closed revenue. That's what I report on.
You own everything I build.Your data, your domains, your system. If we part ways, you keep all of it.
I'll tell you when to stop spending. If a channel isn't paying for itself, I'll say so and move the budget.
The receipts

The system, in numbers.

Every number here comes from a client’s own account — their analytics, or view counts anyone can see. If I can’t show you where it came from, it isn’t on this page.

One connected system in 90 days, so growth stopped depending on the owner chasing every enquiry.

Green Brook Insurance already had a working business. What it didn't have was a system, so growth depended on how many enquiries the owner could personally chase.

Where they were

  • Ads, landing pages, email and analytics all ran separately, with nothing joining them.
  • Enquiries landed in an inbox and waited for someone to notice them.
  • No way to tell which ad, page or campaign produced an actual policy.
  • Every proposal and follow-up went through the owner.

What I built

  • One connected acquisition system: ads feeding purpose-built landing pages.
  • Automated first response within minutes of an enquiry arriving.
  • CRM with routing, pipeline stages and alerts on stalled deals.
  • Tracking wired in from day one, so every peso of spend traced to closed revenue.

How it ran

  • Days 1–14. Audit, offer and messaging rebuilt, tracking installed before anything else.
  • Days 15–45. Pages live, automated follow-up running, CRM in daily use by the team.
  • Days 46–90. Budget moved weekly toward the campaigns that closed, not the ones with cheap clicks.
$5k → $100kMonthly revenue over 90 days, as reported by the client
0New salespeople hired

What made the difference: none of it was new traffic. The same enquiries were answered faster, routed properly, and measured, so the owner could see which half of the spend was working and put more behind it.

On the numbers: the revenue figure is what the client reported to me. Appointment volume and close rate were not tracked in a system I had access to, so I make no claim about them here.

Case study · Men’s storytelling podcast

400 views an episode. One clip did 231,000.

The conversations were already good. Almost nobody was hearing them — the long-form episodes were sitting in the low hundreds. I cut the same recordings into short-form: chose the moments, wrote the on-screen text, edited and shipped them daily. Six weeks later the page had reached over half a million people, on a budget of nothing.

A launch that landed across platforms

A new mobile service, no audience, a fixed launch date. I built the content run-up — clips, carousels and stills, all written so a stranger understood the product inside three seconds. Five videos passed 43,000 views, and the story was picked up in broadcast press.

Talks and interviews already recorded, already paid for, and sitting unwatched. I cut them into short-form and build the carousels that run alongside. One clip from that existing library reached 307,000 people. Nothing new was filmed.

Start with the honest answer

Which of these is happening to you?

Pick the one closest to your situation. I'll tell you what's usually really going on, what to check first, and what I'd build. No email required.

The engagement

From first call to first tracked sale.

A 90-day build, then ongoing optimisation. Here's exactly what happens, and when.

  1. Week 1Revenue Audit

I map where your leads come from, where they die, and what the leaks are costing. You keep the roadmap whether or not we work together.

  2. Week 2The Plan

A fixed-scope roadmap across the three Cs, with the target number and what you'll see by day 30, 60 and 90.

  3. Weeks 3–10I Build

Content, funnels, pages, CRM and automations go live in priority order: highest revenue impact first.

  4. OngoingRun & Report

Monthly reporting against the target, continuous testing, and budget moved toward whatever is closing.

Your total time commitment: about two hours a week. Everything I build is documented and owned by you.

This works if:

  • You're already making sales. The proof of concept is there.
  • You can service more clients than you currently get.
  • You want a system you own, not a retainer trap.

I'm not right for everyone.

This works best when there's already something to scale. If you're pre-revenue or looking for the cheapest option, I'm not your best call, and I'll tell you that on the audit rather than after you've paid.

Who you're working with

I've watched too many good businesses lose money to a broken back end.

I'm Zyrille Pascual — Zy. I started Zyworks because I kept meeting owners who were genuinely great at their craft but quietly losing revenue to things they couldn't see: enquiries that sat unanswered, funnels that leaked, and marketing nobody could tie to a single sale.

None of that is a marketing problem. It's a systems problem wearing a marketing costume.

You'll deal with me from the first call to the last report. That's the point.

How we work together

Three ways in.

Fixed scope. Fixed timeline. Everything starts with the audit.

Start here. Always.

Need a full marketing team, not just me?

Everything above is me, working with you directly. Some businesses need more than that: a strategist, creatives, a production studio and a marketing system running at the same time.

That's ZyWorks Studio, the agency side of Zyworks Digital. Same standards, bigger engine.

What the team side covers

  • Strategy & diagnosis for the whole customer journey, not one channel
  • A production studio for video, photo, podcast and founder content
  • Paid, organic, email and SEO run by specialists
  • ZyWorks Growth OS, the CRM and automation layer behind it all

Frequently asked questions

Everything starts with the Revenue Audit: a full diagnostic of your content, your conversion path, your follow-up and your tracking. From there I scope the build against what your numbers actually justify. You keep the roadmap either way.

Quick wins — faster lead response, a fixed conversion path — usually land in the first 30 days. The full system compounds over 90.

Yes. Your accounts, your data, your assets, in your name from day one. If we stop working together, the system stays with you.

Access to your accounts, honest answers about your sales process, and about two hours a week. I do the building.

Content, Conversation and Client. Content is how you get found and remembered. Conversation is how attention becomes a buyer — landing pages, ads, messaging and follow-up. Client is how you keep, grow and get referred by the customers you win. Most engagements start with whichever C is leaking hardest.

Then you want the agency side: strategy, creative, studio production and the growth system, run by specialists. It's the same standards at a bigger scale, at full.zyworksdigital.com.
